Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients & MSP accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships
  • Manage lead generation, pipeline & closures
  • Work with recruiters to ensure delivery & satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

  • 6+ years US staffing BD experience
  • Proven client acquisition & revenue growth
  • Strong IT & Non-IT client network
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
