Job Description:

Architecture & Solution Design

  • Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service) and Power Platform solutions.

  • Define technical roadmaps, solution frameworks, and integration patterns across enterprise systems.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into solution blueprints aligned with best practices.

Application Development & Integration

  • Build and extend Dynamics 365 CE modules, plugins, workflows, and Power Platform apps.

  • Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party systems.

  • Drive adoption of Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI for enterprise workflows.

Database & Infrastructure

  • Design and manage SQL Server-based backends to support Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.

  • Work closely with Azure cloud services to ensure scalability, performance, and security.

  • Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments.

Leadership & Best Practices

  • Mentor developers and consultants to ensure delivery of high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions.

  • Establish coding standards, enforce quality assurance, and perform code reviews.

  • Partner with product managers and clients to ensure successful implementations and adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service domains).

  • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in architecture and solution delivery.

  • Strong experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React is a plus).

  • SQL Server expertise including database design, stored procedures, and optimization.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage client-facing discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS or hybrid cloud environments.

  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based deployments.

  • Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React/Vue).

  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
