Job ID: T#5817 - Marketing Specialist Level III

The Marketing Specialist | Level III will assist with maintaining the Travelers portfolio of public websites to preserve our industry-leading position online.

The consultant will work with the Public Websites Product Owner to execute tasks within the Digital Experience platform to maintain the health and performance of our sites. This role will also manage the weekly redirect process to support the web publishing team and collaborates with Digital Enablement on testing and proper implementation.

This position requires understanding of web content management tools, web best practices, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively both independently and with cross-functional teams across multiple projects and priorities.

What Will You Do?

Initial point of contact for Web Publishing team and liaison with Digital Enablement to submit requests, review staged links, and collaborate with publishers through the approval process

Review reports from BrightEdge and collaborate with Product Owner and SEO team on analysis, implement changes as needed

Review reports from Google Search Console and collaborate with Product Owner and SEO team on analysis, implement changes as needed

Work from monthly maintenance reports provided by Product Owner to fix various issues needing to be addressed. Examples may include missing or malformed page titles, missing meta description, incorrect image sizes, etc.

Collaborate with Product owner on various aspects of Content Management defect reporting by the Web Publishing team, some aspects of triage and documentation for submission to Digital Enablement.

This roll will also assist with the user acceptance testing/QA for web pages being re-built in a new content management system as part of our website migration project, as needed

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

Bachelor s Degree in marketing or related field.

Experience working in Content Management Systems with understanding of web design, UX and SEO best practices. (Optimizely Digital Experience Platform preferred).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.

Ability to analyze data to interpret trends and provide insights to management.

Ability to foresee challenges and proactively recommend web design solutions that help meet our user s needs and achieve business goals.

What is a Must Have?

Two years of professional work experience in marketing related field
