Job Details

Role: Sr.Senior Level candidate required , must have 10+ yeras of experience


Responsibilities:

  • Act as senior support engineer for external customers and mentor junior team members.

  • Design and implement Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) environments (compute, storage, networking, databases, security) in public cloud ecosystems.

  • Deploy and manage cloud environments, including VPN connectivity across regions and subnets.

  • Develop and manage cloud image architectures (templates and blueprints).

  • Lead implementation of infrastructure projects based on customer requirements.

  • Ensure environments meet security and compliance controls (FedRAMP, NIST, etc.).

  • Translate business requirements into technical cloud architecture solutions.

  • Document technical solutions via knowledge articles and runbooks.

  • Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to junior cloud engineers.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Cloud Platforms: Strong hands-on experience with AWS (Azure/Google Cloud Platform a plus).

  • Infrastructure as Code: Advanced Terraform skills; experience with Packer, Vagrant.

  • CI/CD & Config Management: Ansible (preferred), GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins.

  • Containerization: Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes (provisioning and management).

  • Security & Monitoring: Familiarity with tools like OKTA, Tenable, TrendMicro, XSoar, CyberArk; CloudWatch, Dynatrace (preferred), DataDog, Nagios, etc.

  • Web/Application Servers: Expertise in NGINX, Apache, Tomcat, IIS.

  • OS Knowledge: Strong in UNIX/Linux and Windows environments.

  • Database Exposure: Familiarity with NoSQL solutions (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra).

  • Support Experience: 24x7 operational environment, managed services model.

  • Federal/State Experience: Prior experience supporting government infrastructure projects.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
