Role: Sr.Senior Level candidate required , must have 10+ yeras of experience
Responsibilities:
Act as senior support engineer for external customers and mentor junior team members.
Design and implement Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) environments (compute, storage, networking, databases, security) in public cloud ecosystems.
Deploy and manage cloud environments, including VPN connectivity across regions and subnets.
Develop and manage cloud image architectures (templates and blueprints).
Lead implementation of infrastructure projects based on customer requirements.
Ensure environments meet security and compliance controls (FedRAMP, NIST, etc.).
Translate business requirements into technical cloud architecture solutions.
Document technical solutions via knowledge articles and runbooks.
Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to junior cloud engineers.
Required Skills & Experience:
Cloud Platforms: Strong hands-on experience with AWS (Azure/Google Cloud Platform a plus).
Infrastructure as Code: Advanced Terraform skills; experience with Packer, Vagrant.
CI/CD & Config Management: Ansible (preferred), GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins.
Containerization: Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes (provisioning and management).
Security & Monitoring: Familiarity with tools like OKTA, Tenable, TrendMicro, XSoar, CyberArk; CloudWatch, Dynatrace (preferred), DataDog, Nagios, etc.
Web/Application Servers: Expertise in NGINX, Apache, Tomcat, IIS.
OS Knowledge: Strong in UNIX/Linux and Windows environments.
Database Exposure: Familiarity with NoSQL solutions (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra).
Support Experience: 24x7 operational environment, managed services model.
Federal/State Experience: Prior experience supporting government infrastructure projects.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
