The Marketing Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and lead tracking for business events. This role ensures seamless coordination across staff communications, marketing creative development, inventory management, event logistics, and lead tracking, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful brand experiences for AT&T Business.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Communications & Support
o Draft staff emails and know before you go guides for events.
o Take notes at meetings and collect post-event feedback from staff.
Inventory & Logistics
o Work with the brand shop to maintain appropriate inventory levels for uniforms.
o Maintain inventory and organization of event supplies.
o Order and ship items from the warehouse as needed.
Event Planning & Execution
o Interface with our Global Events team and events agency on booth design and renders.
o Rigorous project plan and timeline management. o Set up lead campaigns in our Captello software and prepare debrief documents.
o Draft marketing briefs and create event overviews for our Franchise events.
o Track leads for all events in a tracker and maintain the events tracker as new events are added to the calendar.
o Add events into the events calendar and schedule/maintain agendas for team calls with Global Events.
Project & Process Management
o Assist with the implementation of ClickUp for project management.
o Track progress of new demo creation and note needs for new assets/demos.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.
- 1 3 years of experience in event coordination and marketing.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience with inventory management and logistics is a plus. Desired Skills
- Adaptability and quick learning in new software and processes (e.g., ClickUp, Captello).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with lead tracking and post-event analysis.
- Creative problem-solving and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Additional Information
- This role supports Tier One and Tier Two events, specifically our B2B Franchise events.
- Occasional travel and evening or weekend work may be required for event execution.
