A day in the life.

As an Infrastructure Engineer on the MMA Infrastructure team, you will work closely with newly acquired agencies to facilitate their cloud integration and onboarding, while supporting all of MMA's infrastructure needs across the organization. You will collaborate with IT and operational leads to plan, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure projects within Azure and AWS, ensuring the security, stability, and performance of all cloud resources. Additionally, you will support application deployment, testing, ongoing maintenance, and support of cloud-based solutions to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure across MMA.

We'd love to meet you if your professional experience includes these skills:

• Proven experience supporting and managing cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Ability to support application deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance of cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to support scalable application deployment.
• Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments, including identity management, access controls, and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and implement best practices.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation processes to streamline deployment workflows.
• Staying current with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, DevOps, and infrastructure management to continuously improve processes.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or relevant experience (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience supporting or developing cloud-based infrastructure and solutions.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and RBAC.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD) for identity and access management.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and other database technologies such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Familiarity with security principles and best practices in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Experience with Microsoft tools like PowerShell for automation and scripting.
• Knowledge of source control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to cloud infrastructure, servers, and deployment issues.
• Proven ability to support scalable, high-performance cloud solutions and contribute to infrastructure projects.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $74,900 to $131,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
