Job Details

Job Title- Project Manager

Location: Chicago, Illinois ONSITE 5 days a week in Chicago

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree (BA or BS) is required. Master s degree is a plus and will be considered.

Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or Agile certifications)

A minimum of 10 years of Program and Project Management experience

Specific focus on Business and Operations, Change Management, Process Mapping, Training, team coordination.

Ability to develop an integrated project plan across multiple workstreams and drive project delivery from it

Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and results/reports into actionable recommendations for client stakeholders

Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively cross-functionally and with an executive level audience

Ability to influence and build consensus across disparate groups

Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines

Strong attention to detail and personal work ethic

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
