Exp - 10+ IT Exp
Absolutely must have experience in the Bio / Biomed industry. Even a Biology Degree is fine.
Experience: Desktop application experience required; Java Swing is critical, JavaFX a plus
Background: Scientific/healthcare experience is a strong differentiator (especially for lab-side roles)
Soft Skills: Must be self-starters able to deliver with minimal oversight; limited internal mentoring capacity
