We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on support in a logistics or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and software issues, particularly in networked environments with RF devices, printers, and Windows-based systems.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for end users in a fast-paced logistics or manufacturing setting.
- Troubleshoot and configure RF devices and handheld terminals used in warehouse and production operations.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows desktop and laptop devices, including configuration and imaging.
- Support and maintain various types of printers including multifunction, laser, fax, barcode label, dot matrix, and high-volume scanners.
- Utilize tools such as SCCM, PowerShell, and Active Directory to identify, diagnose, and remediate system issues.
- Manage and resolve service requests and incidents using a computerized ITSM ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on PCs, laptops, thin clients, and mobile devices.
- Provide support and training for Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365 and Outlook.
- Assist with system imaging and deployment of new hardware.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in desktop support, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for RF devices and handheld terminals.
- Proficiency in configuring and supporting Windows devices (Windows 10 and 11).
- Experience with a wide range of printer technologies and scanner devices.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, SCCM, and PowerShell for system administration and automation.
- Solid understanding of hardware components and diagnostics.
- Experience with imaging tools and deployment processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Windows 10 troubleshooting and support.
- Knowledge of hardware repair and replacement procedures.
- Familiarity with imaging and deployment tools.
- Exposure to network troubleshooting and basic infrastructure concepts.
