ABOUT THE JOB
As the JD Edwards (JDE) Support Manager you will oversee the day-to-day support operations of our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne platform. Additionally, you will lead the internal support team, collaborate with business users, and work closely with managed services providers to maintain platform performance, resolve complex issues, and deliver short-term system enhancements.
Supervise the JDE support team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and mentorship.
Ensure timely resolution of service requests, incidents, and minor enhancements, with a strong focus on customer service and system reliability.
Manage support ticket queue and ensure support team adheres to internal SLAs and change management processes.
Coordinate and implement small-scale enhancements and updates.
Own the daily support and administration of JDE platform, including troubleshooting and configuration.
Work closely with end users across company's functional areas to understand needs and improve platform effectiveness.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure effective problem resolution and delivery of enhancements.
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, review vendor performance, and help drive accountability for service delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
2 to 4 years of experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within an ERP support team
Working knowledge and experience in JD Edwards modules commonly used in manufacturing and distribution (such as Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Financials)
Experience working with and managing MSPs or third-party vendors in a support capacity
In-depth knowledge of JD Edwards Development, Orchestrator, UDOs, and CNC principles is a plus
Familiarity with ITIL-based support practices
Experience with ERP support in a multi-site or global manufacturing organization
