Sr. Enterprise Project Manager; Oracle
Unison Systems Consulting Services is looking for a Sr. ERP Project Manager with experience working on Oracle Fusion implementations for one of our East Coast clients. This is a long-term contract role, travel is required 25-50% for onsite visits, with the remaining work being remote. U.S. Citizenship is required. This person will need experience managing concurrent projects and enhancements in the Oracle Fusion Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) functional area, specifically CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), This project is part of an Oracle transformational program (stabilization, optimization and phased roll out to additional locations) over the next 12+ months. The Sr. ERP Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering these initiatives working across the organization to gain user acceptance. Many of the projects and enhancements are cross-functional (e.g. integrated across Finance, Supply Planning, and Manufacturing Operations) and experience with those initiatives is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of Oracle Q2C projects and enhancements
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders that support business goals
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Estimate level of effort and resourcing to deliver Oracle Q2C projects and enhancements
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Collaboration across functional, technical and production-support teams to ensure effective project management and testing
- Manage Oracle quarterly updates projects for Q2C to ensure testing is complete and accurate
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of regression and automated testing for Oracle Q2C projects and enhancements
- Collaborate with IT and Oracle Security & Controls teams to ensure appropriate access is assigned to respective team members completing the testing and/or project.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using our PMO standard tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues/risks, and devise contingency plans.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
- Monitor and drive action on Q2C value stream production support tickets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ERP project management with experience in Order Management and CPQ (prefer Oracle CPQ experience but will consider non-Oracle CPQ experience)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Office365
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Up to an average of 30% travel during the duration of the contract may be required
