Job Title: Senior System Analyst

Job Description:
- The Senior System Analyst serves as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and provides advanced support for core IT systems.
- This role involves collaborating with third-party vendors, implementing technical solutions to improve efficiency and reliability, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to support enterprise IT operations.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues involving hardware, software, and network systems.
- Guide and support teams in troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical problems.
- Act as the primary liaison with third-party vendors to coordinate support and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage and support core IT technologies including Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft Teams softphones, VPN, RDP, and Windows operating systems.
- Research, recommend, and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Extensive experience in Microsoft enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively with third-party vendors.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Experience:
- Ten or more years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum five years of experience in a Microsoft enterprise environment.
- Three or more years of experience with Active Directory Domain Services upgrades, consolidations, or migrations.
- Two or more years of experience with Office/Microsoft 365, including mailbox migrations.
- One or more years of experience with Active Directory Federation Services or Azure Active Directory, including understanding of SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO providers.
- Expertise in Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows operating systems, desktop deployment, VPN, RDP, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Client and Windows Server in production environments.
- Experience configuring Windows infrastructure using Group Policy and scripting.
- Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and task execution.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with IT service management and ITIL best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with commitment to excellent internal user support.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Windows Server, Office 365, or Azure are highly desirable.
