RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Junior Systems Analyst (Contract - Entry Level Friendly).
Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Systems Analyst to join a growing customer support analytics team within a high-impact department. This is a newly created role focused on supporting existing reporting operations and data analytics used to drive daily business decisions.
You'll work closely with an experienced Systems Analyst and be responsible for maintaining, updating, and generating reports that are critical to business operations and customer experience insight. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is ready to get hands-on with data and learn from a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage scheduled reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) and handle ad hoc data requests
* Maintain and modify existing SQL scripts to extract and analyze data (no coding from scratch required)
* Work across tools such as: CRM systems; IVR platforms; Customer feedback/survey tools
* Summarize data findings in Excel and PowerPoint for leadership consumption
* Collaborate with team members to deliver quick-turnaround data pulls and business insights
* Participate in daily team meetings and provide data to support operational updates
REQUIREMENTS:
* Early-career professional with exposure to data analysis or reporting
* Open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds: Business, Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or related fields
* Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong curiosity for how data can drive decision-making
* Comfortable working in a structured reporting environment, where consistency and accuracy are key
* Eager to learn new tools and grow technical skill sets over time
* Able to thrive in a collaborative, team-based setting
Tools & Technologies You'll Use:
* Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs (required)
* SQL: Comfortable working with queries (basic to intermediate)
* Power BI: Familiarity is a plus, not required
* PowerPoint: For summarizing insights in a clear and visual way
* Additional tools may include customer care platforms or survey tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
