Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Media Planning & Performance Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Data Strategy and Intelligence practice and service. This service provides insights into company data, advanced analytics solutions, robust data governance, and tailored solutions for specific data challenges.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute media plans to support partner growth initiatives
Manage and maintain media planning template, ensuring accuracy of inputs and functionality of template automations
Manage and maintain performance dashboards, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and support decision-making
Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of partner programs
Manage and maintain core insights and data repository that anchor advertising narrative
Partnering with Ad Measurement and Ad Marketing on updates, ensure integration into messaging and materials, and drive alignment across teams
Act as the primary liaison between Ad Measurement and Analytics, Ad Marketing, Operations, and Sales to align on data usage, storytelling opportunities, and strategic priorities
Prepare and present performance reports to internal stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance partner experience
Partner across Marketing teams on how insights are packaged and activated externally in social initiatives, events, and thought-leadership content
Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft
Experience with data visualization tools (Looker preferred)
Experience with Smartsheets preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in media planning or partner performance management preferred
Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and campaign optimization preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000 or the hourly equivalent.
