Project Overview

Client is building a web-based Provider Management Module (PMM) to

support Provider Enrollment, Revalidation, Re-Enrollment, and Update services for participation in State

Medicaid. This includes:

Provider enrollment and updates

Provider re-validation

Integration with external entities and Boards to support Provider Data updates

Provider Screening and validation

Client review of Provider enrollment and updates and workflows to engage client subject matter

experts in the review process

Provider Site Survey processes and workflows

Duties/Responsibilities

Client is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Angular Architect to support the

technical design and development of the PMM application.

Prepare technical designs and interface specifications based on business requirements

Develop and maintain Enterprise Angular Architecture guidelines and policies

Convert Angular architecture into comprehensive designs to meet functional and non-functional

requirements

Provide technical leadership to the PMM application Developers and Technical Architects

Adopt and enforce coding standards

Conduct regular code reviews and make sure the PMM Developers are educated on the coding

standards

Recognize PMM application deficiencies and implement effective solutions promptly in

collaboration with Developers and Technical Architects

Assume responsibility for the quality of the deliverables around web-based development of PMM

application functionality

Collaborate with data and application integration architects, project managers, and business

analysts in meeting business requirements

Assist with implementing automated continuous delivery and deployment

Advise technical teams on performance, scalability, reliability, monitoring and other operational

concerns with Angular components/functionality

Design reusable Angular assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes

Ensure adherence to application architecture design guidelines, patterns and standards

Provide Continuous improvement and exploration of industry standards and technology advances

with AngularJS

Gather and understand business and technical requirements impacting Angular development

Collaborate and participate on Governance Boards to review Angular application architectural

decisions

Analyze, review and recommend solutions to expand Enterprise Angular Application Integration

objectives

Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar.

Required Experience

8+ Years experience working with AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3

Comprehensive understanding of REST architecture

Experience working in AWS or cloud computing environment

Overall understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA)

Experience with widely used design patterns with Angular web based application development

Experience in building distributed multi-tier applications

Experience in continuous integration (CI) and automated deployment on AWS cloud platforms

Experience in static and dynamic code quality analysis

Understanding dynamics of full-stack development

Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen

Ability to compile and organize information and present findings to management

Confident in decision making and the ability to explain technical processes or choices as needed

Excellent multitasking skills and task management

Ability to complete milestones and work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously

Outstanding problem solver

Experience with Healthcare domain
