G2 Software Systems, Inc. (G2) is looking for an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to assist the DoD Program Office in the management of the capability project portfolio in support of a DoD program.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, develop, integrate and manage scheduling activities that comply with a program s and/or project s requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university in business, sciences or finance; MBA preferred
  • ship and either currently hold or have the ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Program scheduling for a Government Acquisition Program Office or combined eight years of experience in Government and Defense Industry Program Management.
  • Defense Acquisition University Level II or equivalent certifications, a plus
  • PMP Certification, a plus
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills appropriate to communicating in a large multi-national program office
  • Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Project and KIDASA Milestones Professional to perform IMS critical path, schedule slack, and task predecessor/successor networking analysis in support of Government Program/Contracts Management
  • Experience in drafting, editing and tracking scheduling products with minimal direction (i.e., Schedules, Critical path analysis metrics, Integrated Program Management Report Metrics and schedule metrics)

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at assigned facility.

Location:

This is a full-time hybrid position. The workforce is required to report physically to the Client office located in San Diego, CA three times a week. Additional days at the office may be required from time to time as required to support the workload or client s request. Travel<10%

Compensation:

The pay range for this position in California is $120,000/year to $150,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract wages, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. G2 Software Systems also offers a full range of medical, financial (401k and Employee Stock Ownership Program), and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
