Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Full Stack Developer with strong React skills! This is an onsite full-time position with our premier client located in beautiful Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.
- We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in ReactJS. This position will play a key role in creating technology solutions that directly impact our client s shop floor productivity and operational excellence.
- This role combines full-stack development skills with manufacturing domain expertise to build tools that streamline workflows, improve visibility, and empower production teams.
- The Full Stack Developer will work closely with operations, engineering, and shop floor personnel to understand challenges and develop custom applications that solve real manufacturing problems. This is an opportunity to see your code make an immediate difference in a dynamic manufacturing environment!
What You Bring to the Role (Experience and Qualifications)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field (preferred).
- 5 10 + years of proven full-stack development experience.
- Expertise in React.js. A minimum of 5+ years React experience is required.
- js and JavaScript experience.
- Git version control.
- SQL and NoSQL database experience.
- Experience with REST APIs and system integration.
- Understanding of mobile-responsive design principles.
Professional Experience
- Experience working directly with end users to gather requirements
- Track record of delivering practical, user-friendly applications
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Personal Attributes
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

- Material UI component library experience.
- TypeScript experience.
- Experience with real-time data processing and IoT integration.
- Dart & Flutter development for mobile applications.
- Familiarity with barcode/RFID systems and mobile data collection.
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of manufacturing concepts (work orders, routing, labor tracking).
- Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Background in process improvement or lean manufacturing principles.
What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)
Application Development
- Design and build full-stack web applications focused on shop floor productivity.
- Develop mobile-responsive tools for real-time data entry and workflow management.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools for operational visibility.
- Integrate with existing manufacturing systems and databases.
Manufacturing Operations Support
- Partner with operations teams to identify automation and digitization opportunities.
- Build solutions for work order management, labor tracking, and process control.
- Develop tools to support quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create user-friendly interfaces that work in a manufacturing environment.
System Integration & Data Management
- Connect shop floor applications with ERP, WFM, and other business systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and real-time synchronization across platforms.
- Implement robust data validation and error handling.
- Support reporting and analytics requirements.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work directly with shop floor users to gather requirements and feedback.
- Participate in operational meetings to understand business needs.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications based on user feedback.
- Support deployment and user training for new tools.

Compensation and Employment
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected salary for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role qualifies for a bonus plan and full comprehensive benefits such as health, dental and life insurance, paid time off, retirement savings and more!
