Title: Digital Marketing Designer
Location: (Princeton, NJ) 08540 Remote (East Coast candidates only)
Employment Type: 6+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or sponsorship available)
Job Description:
Talent Groups is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Designer to support a dynamic and fast-growing revenue marketing team. In this fully remote role, you ll collaborate with a dispersed and fast-paced group to create high-impact visual assets for B2B digital marketing campaigns, targeting audiences in the construction and industrial sectors.
We re looking for someone with a strong eye for clean, effective design and a passion for visual storytelling. If you thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy juggling multiple creative projects, and are excited about marketing design, we d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design both static and dynamic assets for email campaigns, digital ads, landing pages, infographics, blogs, and social media
- Produce polished, multi-version ad layouts and refined visuals aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives
- Translate complex concepts into clear, on-brand visuals tailored to a construction-oriented audience
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across campaigns
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- (Bonus) Contribute to motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content
Top Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B and corporate digital marketing work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Premiere or After Effects is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a creative approach and an understanding of how design impacts engagement and conversion
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a remote-first setting
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Creatopy, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike
- Background or interest in construction, architecture, engineering, or SaaS industries
