Job Title: PeopleSoft Functional Analyst AR & Billing

Location: Hybrid (local candidates only must reside within a 50-mile radius of Austin, TX) (Hybrid 4 days remote, 1 day onsite)
Interview: Phone and Microsoft Teams

Job Description:

Analyze business objectives and challenges to identify solutions.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and gather requirements from SMEs.
Map data and business processes to legacy and third-party systems.
Write detailed descriptions of business needs and technical solutions.
Evaluate system capabilities and constraints.
Conduct hands-on system testing and integration.
Create and maintain documentation.
Support training and user adoption activities.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

	8	Required	Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
	8	Required	Experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
	8	Required	Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.
	8	Required	Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
	4	Required	(at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
	2	Required	(at least 2) Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
	4	Preferred	Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
	2	Preferred	Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
	2	Preferred	Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
	2	Preferred	Experience with SharePoint
	1	Preferred	Experience with Jira
	1	Preferred	Experience working with the Scrum framework
