DTI has an immediate need for a Client-Facing EBS Consultant for a 4yr contract in Detroit, Michigan.

As a Client-Facing EBS (Oracle E-Business Suite) Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact between our organization and our clients, providing expert guidance on the implementation, customization, and support of Oracle EBS solutions. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Oracle EBS modules, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Serve as the main liaison between our organization and clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Understand client objectives, challenges, and priorities to provide strategic advice and solutions aligned with their business goals.
2. Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes and requirements related to Oracle EBS implementation and customization. Collaborate with clients to gather, document, and prioritize functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and customizations.
3. Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution designs and implementation plans based on client requirements and industry best practices. Configure Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, and others, to meet client-specific needs.
4. Implementation and Customization: Lead or support the implementation and customization of Oracle EBS solutions according to agreed-upon project timelines and milestones. Configure system parameters, workflows, reports, and integrations to optimize system performance and usability.
5. Training and User Adoption: Provide training and support to client end-users on the effective use of Oracle EBS applications. Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to facilitate smooth system adoption and knowledge transfer.
6. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Oracle EBS solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill client requirements. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing to identify and resolve issues proactively.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest trends, updates, and enhancements in Oracle EBS technology and related modules. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes.
8. Project Management: Manage client projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure timely delivery and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and customizing Oracle E-Business Suite solutions, with a focus on client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules, architecture, and integration points.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, manage expectations, and drive project success.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and business process analysis.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Oracle EBS certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.

Location: This position may require travel to client sites as needed for project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
