Senior PMO Analyst

Scope of Work: The Navy Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Execution Modernization Initiative (CEMI) will provide the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Foreign Nationals the enterprise case management system replacement for MISIL. The CEMI will serve as the case execution capability to comprehensively and efficiently access, integrate, manage, track, evaluate, and transfer case execution, logistics, requisition, procurement, contracting, funding, financial, accounting, and services data across the FMS community activities. Case Execution Modernization Initiative (CEMI).

Modus21, LLC has developed a prototype to be the modernized, efficient, and secure FMS case execution system that needs to be deployed in order to replace the obsolete MISIL system.

Senior PMO Analyst Responsibilities:

• Support delivery and development of advisory services to clients, primarily with services related to project, program or portfolio management
• Utilize functional and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and assists in the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
• Support development and maintenance of program/project charters, schedules, management plans, risk, and supporting artifacts
• Provide regular reporting and communication to client and Modus21, LLC leadership and supports implementation of quality and performance standards and team adherence to the standards
• Support engagement leadership in meeting contractual delivery requirements and Modus21, LLC financial targets and supports business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients while working with the appropriate Modus21, LLC resources from other service lines/industries

Qualifications for Position

• A minimum of three years of experience with project, program or portfolio management, specifically with large- scale transformation programs, involving business process, organization, and technology components
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college/university; PMP, Certified BA, and/ or ScrumMaster Certification a plus
• Experience in business and solution development, project/program management, and project delivery
• Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management processes and best practices, including reporting, schedule management, risk management, quality control, and project financials
• Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
• High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
• Experience working with virtual team and excels in working remotely (by phone, Teams, Webex, etc.)
