Title: Senior / Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

We re looking for a Lead/Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives across the entire stack someone who can build or architect APIs and backend services as confidently as they can ship elegant, performance front-end experiences. You ll join a high-impact team focused on reimagining how guests search, shop, book, and engage with across web and mobile platforms.

This role is critical to delivering personalized, real-time, and predictive digital experiences for millions of travelers. You ll collaborate with product, data science, and design to bring forward features that directly influence guest satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue using modern cloud platforms, experimentation frameworks, and machine learning integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own scalable full-stack applications that integrate data, ML models, and modern user interfaces
• Lead feature development from API design to front-end delivery, ensuring smooth data flow, performance, and UI integrity
• Work side-by-side with cross-functional teams to translate technical ideas into guest-facing experiences
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability to maintain high availability and deployment velocity
• Contribute to cloud architecture decisions (Azure and Google Cloud Platform), microservices design, and infrastructure improvements
• Provide technical mentorship, lead code reviews, and elevate engineering best practices across the team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a true full-stack engineer, with fluency in both backend and frontend development
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Next.js) for front-end work and Node.js, C#, or Java on the backend
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, service-oriented architecture, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience deploying scalable services to Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience building production-grade features that integrate with data pipelines, analytics platforms, or ML models
• Strong understanding of testing (unit/integration), performance tuning, and CI/CD
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to take ownership of full-stack features from ideation to launch
• Experience with personalization, e-commerce, booking platforms, or real-time decision systems
• Exposure to data platforms like BigQuery, Databricks, or Azure Data Lake
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms, A/B testing, and behavior-driven development
• A bias for action and curiosity for solving ambiguous problems in user experience and systems design
