job summary:

We are looking for an MES Specialist with experience in a high speed manufacturing enviroment. Candidate needs to have experience with integration, especially integration as it relates to ERP systems, ETL or a similar tool to move data, SQL Server and reporting. Will be responsible for the manufacturing process from the top down including how they collect data. Will be reposnsible for heavy integration into Oracle EBS and SQL Server.






  • Define requirements and create technical specification for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) implementations.

  • Provide front line support for mission critical manufacturing centric applications and databases

  • Install, configure and/or create MES software while providing specified MES reporting.

  • Design, development and implement software needed to integrate MES with other business systems; Develop, document, and validate software test plans.

  • Analyze and recommend improvements and expand Application functionality, System Integration, and Application Performance utilizing best practices.

  • Have experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), OEE, ERP systems, Manufacturing Shop Floor Technologies and Industrial Control Systems (Rockwell/Allen Bradley/Siemens PLC; JCI Automation, and industrial scanners/imagers);

  • Have experience with platform integration technologies (API, REST API, Linked Servers)

  • Have experience with implementation and support for Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, IIS, as well as developing programs utilizing relational database language, such as PL/SQL and/or Transact SQL

  • Work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines.

  • Possess good organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Can communicate clearly and respectfully, both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of the organization
