Senior Data Architect

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite 3 days/week)
Type: Long-term role

Role Overview:

Seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead the design and management of enterprise-level data solutions, including Data Warehousing, ETL/Replication, and Master Data Management (MDM). The role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to define best practices, enforce data governance, and deliver scalable data architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect solutions for Data Warehousing, ODS, and data pipelines

  • Implement and manage Data Governance and MDM frameworks

  • Define data standards, dictionaries, and lineage practices

  • Collaborate with DBA, ETL, and support teams for data flow best practices

  • Mentor Data Architects and Analysts

  • Create strategic roadmap for MDM tools and processes

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Data Architecture (OLTP, DWH, Big Data)

  • Hands-on expertise in ETL, APIs, OLAP, and data movement

  • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Self-driven and collaborative
