Project Manager (Network Compliance)

Scope Summary:

Establishing and Managing Network Compliance Process for all of US Card Authorizations

Process and Program Improvement for US Card Authorizations

Responsibilities / Deliverables:

  • Network Compliance Process Creation
  • Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations to establish a new Network Compliance Process that focuses on accuracy, sustainability and well-managed
  • Clearly define, socialize, and build buy-in for a new network compliance process that captures network changes, identifies impactful changes, and tracks changes to completion.
  • Create and maintain a formal tracker of network changes that allows the organization to easily identify network changes (new and old), understand the status of work required, and track accountability.
  • Follow a test and learn approach when implementing the new process, incorporating feedback along the way, but always true back to the principle of accuracy
  • Create clarity in the process by building relationships and sharing process documents. Making sure everyone knows their roles and responsibilities
  • Network Compliance Process Execution
  • Capture all upcoming network changes directly from the networks and track those changes in a central document
  • Update the central tracker/document frequently to stay on top of new network changes and the status of network related work/updates
  • Learn the authorizations ecosystem to help identify impacts and effectively communicate network changes
  • Escalate network-related work that is off track to product and/or poses risk to the organization
  • Help mitigate change management risks by influencing monitoring plans and effectively communicating network-related changes to the right people, at the right time
  • Network Compliance Process Improvement
  • Operationalize the process in a way that allows it to scale to new people and new intent
  • Integrate the Network Compliance process into the broader authorizations program
  • Leverage the knowledge gained to help authorizations prepare for the future of network compliance
  • Operational Improvement
  • Identify and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiencies across authorizations
  • Support teammates as we try to standardize and mature our program and delivery management

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project, Process, Risk or Product Management
  • At least 1 year of experience working directly with technology or product teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master s Degree or MBA
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project, Process, Risk or Product Management
