Role Summary:
- Owns end-to-end delivery of the RPA program across business units.
- Acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, automation teams, and IT.
- Drives strategic alignment, prioritization, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage program roadmap, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Oversee intake, prioritization, and delivery of automation use cases.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage vendor relationships and budget allocations.
Skills Required:
- Strong program management and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath) and AI integration.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and change management.
