What You Will Do :
Managing Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own projects and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes leading day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders and providing oversight to internal staff. Managing Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and senior consultants and ensure quality deliverables.

As you hone your project management skills, leadership abilities and the aptitude for managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Associate Director level.

We are looking for a combination of deep technical Epic skills and revenue cycle operational expertise to transform healthcare and deliver best in class results for our clients. Joining our team would provide you with an opportunity to leverage your Revenue Cycle experience and EMR knowledge to create immediate value for your clients.

What You Will Need :
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Current Epic Cadence certification
  • 5+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience including Cadence and/or scheduling/referrals/RTE experience
  • 5+ years of healthcare management consulting and/or professional services experience
  • Extensive experience with implementation and workflow optimization
  • Track record of driving operational process improvement for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systems


What Would Be Nice To Have :
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or Clinical Administration
  • Clinical certification or experience is a plus
  • Prior analyst work or Epic employment is a plus


During this interview you will complete a case study that will be presented verbally by the interviewer. You will be asked to respond to a series of scenarios.

The annual salary range for this position is $125,600.00-$188,400.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
