We are looking for a quota carrying Director/Sr. Sales Directors who will be responsible for leading sales activities in his/her respective region focused on enterprises in Financial Services or Life Sciences or Logistics or Transportation or Construction or Manufacturing or Retail or Automotive. This is a hunter position as an individual contributor and will report into Vice President of Enterprise Business North America. Activities include net new enterprise logos hunting and also identifying opportunities and closing the same. Should be well versed with end to end sales cycle. Good be a great team player, collaboration across various pre sales, solutioning, delivery and inside sales teams.

Enterprise Digital business is Innominds emerging business offering and has a quite vast ecosystem of technologies such as Digital Experience, Application Modernization, UX & UI, Cloud/DevOPs, QA/Automation, IoT, micro-services, AI & ML, RPA, Big Data and Data Science. Candidate is expected to have exposure and understanding of most of these emerging technologies. Key to the role is to map the core offerings of Innominds; Devices, Applications and Analytics story to customers for their Digital Transformation journey and make Innominds service offering relevant for prospect s Business Transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Director responsibilities include targeting the right segment of prospects, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers, CXOs and LOB heads at new prospect and grow the business. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internal POC s/decision makers.

  • Focus on growing Sales pipeline 4 quarters out to ensure adequate opportunity coverage to targets for short term and long-term, run rate and revenue growth.
  • Drive to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets to support both TCV and ACV targets to drive the business growth.
  • Identify new business solutions by researching Must Have Accounts including mapping company s org structure, identifying new opportunities, understanding the key business drivers and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with technical and solutions teams and present offerings/solutions to target enterprise prospects/customers
  • Anchor client meetings and pursue any opportunities generated with the help of pre-sales, partner units and external partners.
  • Provides accurate sales forecasts to management on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis using the CRM systems.
  • Build Excellent Relationships with Customers.

Requirements

Hygiene:(Basic)

  • Prior experience in selling digital engineering, product development, product support offerings to Enterprise Technology or Enterprises.
  • Exceptional communication skills with analytical problem-solving and good client-need-assessment aptitude and make consultative sales to CXOs and LBO heads.
  • Experience with shaping, solutioning and negotiating large complex, creative, and innovative outsourcing and transformation deals.
  • 10 years with progressively increasing sales responsibility with Proven history of consistently over achieving sales quotas.
  • Hustler who believes in getting things done both internally and for the customer
  • Enjoy travelling 80% of time and be in front of the prospects and customers.
  • Bachelor / Master s degree

Sweet Spot: (Preferred)

  • Hunting Experiences in selling IT/Product Engineering Services and familiar with spectrum of offerings with Cloud, Applications and Data.
  • Understands and Passionate about the Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, new age technologies and excited about the future that technology is shaping C loud/DevOPs, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, AI & ML and Blockchain for various business verticals.
  • Experience as a consulting manager in a top-tier management consulting firm OR Full Life Cycle Product Engineering services firm.
  • Proven Hunting experience of 10 years with an IT Outsourcing Service provider chasing enterprise clients in Financial Services or Manufacturing or Retail or Automotive verticals.
