Position: SAP SD S4 HANA OTC Functional Consultant
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Clark, NJ (Hybrid)
- Partnered with business and technical stakeholders to support the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process within the global template design framework.
- Led analysis of existing SD processes with deep focus on Pricing, Postings, and API-based integrations with external systems such as Salesforce, TMS, WMS, and eCommerce platforms.
- Supported configuration and validation of master data mappings for Customer Master, Hierarchies, Sales Orders, and Deliveries, aligning with S/4HANA data structures and global template standards.
- Collaborated with global and regional teams to ensure resolution of open design and functional issues in ServiceNow (SNOW), and validated testing scenarios reflecting U.S. business nuances.
- Contributed to data cleansing and reconciliation efforts with the Data Team, ensuring accuracy in pricing, customer, and transactional data for migration.
- Supported UAT and business simulations, test script validation, and defect resolution in partnership with the Testing and Solution teams.
- Aided eCommerce integration by validating order synchronization, pricing logic, and order history feeds from S/4 to external portals.
- Acted as liaison between cross-functional teams including Technology, Security, and Global leads to ensure seamless S/4HANA adoption and successful go-live and hypercare support.
- Maintained a personal project plan aligning with PMO milestones, demonstrating proactive risk and issue management and strong project execution discipline.
- Collaborated with the Adoption Team to review and improve training materials, driving end-user readiness and change management.
