Job Details
Title: Senior Technical Analyst
Client: Judicial Council of California
Duration: 12 Months
Location: San Francisco, CA
Note: Hybrid role
Interview Location: Initial phone interviews may be conducted via Skype, Teams, etc.Final interviews may be conducted via Skype, Teams, etc. or will be on-site at the Judicial Council of California in Sacramento, CA.
Specific Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Master s degree in computer science, engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience as a product and/or project manager.
- Minimum of 5 years experience with the implementation of chatbot and voice to text applications.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in working in all phases of an IT project including, product research, planning, documenting requirements, functional analysis, designing, testing, deployment and support.
- Experience in developing and maintaining project plans including schedules, timelines, roadmaps, dashboards, program approaches, monitoring performance and various resource and fiscal allocations.
Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired:
- Ability to understand complex systems, integrations, and technical constraints.
- Comfort working with architects, engineering, QA, and design teams.
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow for tracking
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (executives, vendors, technical teams, and end users).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on decision-making under pressure.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business terms.
