Looking for Data Scientists to build and deploy ML/AI solutions that enhance personalization, marketing effectiveness, channel optimization, customer experience, and efficiency
Create models to predict customer behavior (churn, intent, acquisition) for targeted marketing campaigns
Work with ML engineers to deploy models in batch and realtime production, establishing performance monitoring pipelines
Conduct research on new ML/AI techniques, stay current on best practices, and champion innovation
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, translating technical solutions into business strategy
Bachelor s degree (or equivalent work experience) in a quantitative field like Math, Statistics, CS, Engineering
5+ years of relevant data science or ML experience
Hands-on programming skills: Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch)
Strong quantitative fundamentals: probability, statistics, regression, tree-based models (XGBoost, random forest)
Familiarity with data platforms such as Spark, Hadoop, BigQuery, Snowflake, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure
Experience with streaming ML, real-time pipelines, recommendation and ranking systems
Deep learning, NLP/transformers, Generative AI, conversational AI/chatbots
Exposure to MLOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, model observability
Telecom domain knowledge or experience with network performance analytics
