EPAM seeks CTRM consultants with functional or technical experience implementing SAP Commodity Management in the energy, agriculture, or metals markets.

Responsibilities
  • Implement SAP Commodity Management (CM), including integration with Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Finance (FI/CO) modules
  • Serve as functional or system subject matter expert (SME) in areas of individual expertise
  • Manage an implementation project or lead specific workstreams
  • Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end solution design
  • Participate in all project delivery stages, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support
  • Develop and optimize business processes for commodity handling, contracts, market pricing, and risk management
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP CPE to manage complex commodity pricing formulas
  • Collaborate with the client and development teams to design technical specifications for custom developments, interfaces, and enhancements
  • Facilitate user training and create documentation for the client
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to validate configurations and customizations
  • Work with client stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and improve processes
  • Participate in pre-sales activities

Requirements
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including CM Implementation with the S/4HANA environment, is required
  • 10+ years of experience with commodity trading and risk management software
  • 4+ years of experience implementing or supporting SAP CM, CM CPE, ACM, GTM, or TSW modules
  • Strong knowledge of relevant SAP product portfolio, architecture, configuration, integration, and customization
  • Strong knowledge of physical and financial commodity trading
  • Strong understanding of the complete transaction lifecycle and front, mid, and back office trading practices
  • Knowledge of risk functions, mark-to-market reporting, and valuation methods
  • Ability to manage and execute business requirements gathering, prioritization, and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the client
  • Passion for continual learning and mastery of new technologies and functional domains
  • Comfortable working onsite or remotely with the flexibility for 50%+ travel if needed for specific projects
  • Bachelors degree
  • Fluent in English
