Job Details

Role: Principal UX Designer

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 3 Months

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience; Human-Computer Interaction, User
  • Experience or related Design field or relevant experience is applicable.
  • Demonstrable thought and domain leadership.
  • Proven experience designing for native mobile platforms (iOS and/or Android), with a solid understanding of platform-specific guidelines such as Apple's Human Interface Guidelines or Android's Material Design.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create both low- and
  • high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent clearly.
  • Strong track record of working with established design systems at scale, with the ability to contribute to and evolve system components in collaboration with cross functional teams
  • Strength in developing compelling visual design languages and/or crafting new
  • interaction patterns for mobile applications, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and consistency across platforms.
  • Expert in 2 core skill, strong in 2, capable in 1 to 2 others including Interaction/visual design, Information architecture, User research, Facilitation,
  • Prototyping, Technical/Platform knowledge, UX writing, Illustration, and Motion design.
  • Experience using Jira/Confluence for task management
  • Experience using Microsoft 0365 office products to manage files, documents
  • Experience using AI tools to advance writing, new idea creation and creation of new design artifacts.
