Job Description Our Client is currently looking to hire an Identity and Access Management Engineer within our global Information and Security line of business which is based in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and security-focused IAM Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will play an essential role in maintaining the current momentum of projects, ensure the seamless integration of applications, and uphold the security and compliance standards of the organization.

How We Work As an Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Client will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Atlanta office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities Assisting with projects that are underway or planned that require deep integration with SailPoint. These include application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, and access certification projects. Handling daily incidents if something is not working as expected within Sailpoint.

  • Fixing issues within the provisioning process. Acting as a first line of support for all Sailpoint-related technical incidents. Handling daily requests related to Sailpoint.
  • Performing new integrations with new business systems and fixing issues with existing integrations. Addressing new enhancement/design requests.
  • Monitoring proactively to ensure that Sailpoint is working correctly. Monitoring all existing integrations to proactively fix potential issues.
  • Monitoring all batch jobs and tasks to ensure there are no errors. Monitoring all existing automations (especially workflows) to ensure there are no issues Reporting on SailPoint performance and effectiveness.
  • Being responsible for Automation support and development. Utilizing workflows to build new permanent automations. Automating existing manual task associated with user onboarding /deprovisioning. Designing and support search queries for reporting.

Qualifications & Skills At least 2 years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.

  • Experience administering IAM systems, access controls, security and risk management, as well as a security governance framework at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to directory services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Design, development (including scripting and configuration) and continuous improvement of security solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams, including cybersecurity, IT operations, and business units, to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience with Okta and CyberArk would be beneficial to what systems and data, ensure compliance, and reduce security risks.
