Job Description-
Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EPM Cloud, EPBCS, Cost Allocations, Strategic Modeling, and ERP integrations. This individual will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining enterprise solutions, managing data extraction, loading, and reconciliation tasks, and developing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support EPM Cloud and EPBCS implementations, with a focus on Cost Allocations and Strategic Modeling.
  • Drive EPM and ERP Integrations, ensuring smooth data flow between systems.
  • Develop and implement OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) solutions for efficient data extraction, loading, and reconciliation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain BIP Reports (Business Intelligence Publisher) to meet business and reporting needs.
  • Provide expert-level advice and support for General Ledger (GL) processes and integrations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with both business and technical teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and solutions in line with project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience with EPM Cloud (Enterprise Performance Management) and EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).
  • Strong expertise in Cost Allocations and Strategic Modeling.
  • Solid experience with ERP Integrations, specifically within Oracle environments.
  • Proven experience implementing OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) for data extraction, loading, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining BIP Reports.
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL) concepts and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and provide practical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
