Day 1 Onsite: Des Moines, IA

Job Summary:
Ideal profiles should have good troubleshooting skills of Microsoft Outlook, Network, Citrix, VPN, Internet, and other Hardware/software troubleshooting techniques.

Primary Skill: ITIL V.4

Job Description/ Responsibilities
IT Service Desk (Voice process ) role for healthcare project.
Associate should be well versed with typical IT Service Desk tasks with minimum 18 months in International Service Desk, including handling user issues over phone, email & tickets.
Should be familiar with basic Citrix, VMware, Microsoft Outlook, Network, VPN, Internet, and other Hardware/software troubleshooting techniques.
Should be willing to work in a 24x7 work environment (predominantly US / Night shifts).
Excellent communication is a must.
