Skillset / Experience:
Hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager who will own the end-to-end lifecycle for one or more of our direct client's product offerings. They will develop a deep knowledge of customers and their challenges, and work with stakeholders across the business to develop profitable solutions. They will understand the wider business context, keeping in touch with the competitive environment and bringing new ideas and approaches into the organization. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with business leaders, designer, engineers, and delivery teams to drive great outcomes for customers, from the inception of a product through to its eventual retirement.
Responsibilities
- Contributing to and executing product strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and feedback are incorporated into product development.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and shape product requirements, and working with the Engineering team to translate them into clear specifications.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Creating and maintaining product roadmaps, balancing the needs of different stakeholders and working as part of a team to ensure timely delivery of new features and updates.
- Driving common purpose across the portfolio, bringing together diverse teams to ensure successful product launches and enhancements.
- Tracking and analyzing product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product outcomes.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer orientation, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and flexible approach to change.
- 8+ years in product management, preferably working on products developed for a technical audience
- Familiarity with High Performance Compute (HPC) technologies, either in Product or a previous role
- Experience developing products and services that are designed for a technical audience.
