- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- At least 4 years' experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- At least 3 years of design experience with relational databases, online systems, and web-based applications
- Required experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to design and document relational databases, online systems, and web-based applications
