Job Details

Title: Lead CRM Admin (MS Dynamics)
Location: Washington, DC Area Hybrid

We are looking for a Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator with strong technical leadership and consulting skills to manage, enhance, and optimize our CRM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Lead MS Dynamics CRM Admin & Developer, handling configuration, customization, and integrations.

  • Lead the end-to-end Dynamics CRM development lifecycle: requirements, design, deployment, support, and enhancements.

  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for CRM deployments, ensuring efficient and reliable releases.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external consultants to deliver scalable Dynamics solutions.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship on best practices in CRM administration and development.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 administration and development.

  • Expertise in customization, workflows, plugins, Power Automate, and integrations.

  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automated deployment in Dynamics environments.

  • Consulting experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.
