Job Summary

We are seeking a Compliance Testing Analyst to join the Consumer Compliance and Controls team. This team is responsible for independent Quality Control (QC) testing across a wide range of consumer banking products, including deposits, credit cards, commercial accounts, mortgage, auto, and wealth services. The role supports a newly launched testing program designed to ensure adherence to U.S. consumer laws, rules, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform independent compliance testing using historical and current data
  • Review and validate adherence to consumer protection regulations across multiple product lines
  • Document findings and support remediation efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Work within Excel-based workflows to track testing results and maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Participate in the development and rollout of new testing tools, including a Power App and future automation platforms
  • Support compliance oversight efforts across deposits, credit card, and commercial banking functions

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance testing
  • Recent experience in consumer banking (not mixed with other industries)
  • Strong understanding of U.S. consumer compliance regulations, including:
    • FCRA
    • UDAAP
    • Truth in Lending Act (TILA)
    • HMDA
    • ECOA
    • Reg E
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, documentation, and reporting
  • Experience supporting compliance, audit, or internal controls functions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with manual testing workflows and documentation standards
  • Exposure to QA/QC processes or regulatory audit readiness
  • Familiarity with secured products such as mortgage, auto, and credit cards

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
