What You Will Do
- Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships from onboarding through ongoing support.
- Lead technical implementation planning, including requirements gathering, solution design, and integration coordination.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor client system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization or issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements, bug fixes, and product updates.
- Provide training, documentation, and best practices to help clients maximize the value of their technology investment.
- Advocate for client needs within the organization and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), usage metrics, and client satisfaction.
- Support renewals and upsell opportunities by demonstrating product value and ROI.
Skills and Experience You Will Need
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Implementation Specialist, or Client Success role.
- Strong understanding of Prescription Benefit Management workflows, including eligibility, formulary, prior authorization, claims processing, and Pharmacy Management.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as NCPDP SCRIPT, X12, HL7, and FHIR.
- Experience supporting API-based integrations and cloud-based platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-first mindset.
Desired:
- Experience with Pharmacy Systems, PBMs, and EHR integrations.
- Technical background in software development, systems engineering, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Salesforce, Postman, and Confluence.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
- Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
- Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
- Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus.
