Job Description
Client is looking for a Project Manager to lead a technical implementation for a Retail Ops reporting tool that provides insights into seasonal events and ads. Using advanced analytics, precise forecasting, and generative AI, we empower stores to make quick, data-driven decisions, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing sales with fast, accurate recommendations. This person will be leading the transition of a reporting dashboard from a 3rd party to an internal technical team within a prescribed timeline, ensuring no interruption of committed work. This tool has a lot of executive visibility so the ideal person would need to have a high comfort level interacting and communicating with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the transition of an in-store reporting tool from a 3rd party vendor to and to ensure no interruption of committed work.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver technology with multiple dependencies and teams; work with Product Managers, Business and Engineering teams to ensure technical delivery.
- Encourage synergy and alignment in delivery, provide clarity, and foster collaboration with stakeholders in a consistent way.
- Documents issues, risks, decisions and leads team to develop mitigations and escalations.
- Creates and communicates reporting to stakeholders to highlight progress and readiness for delivery/rollout; recommends and strategizes plan adjustments; and implements plan changes based on stakeholder alignment.
