Oracle HCM Product Analysts focused on OTL | Remote
- They need a HCM Consultant with a focus priority of skills/knowledge in Oracle to HCM OTL (Time & Labor).
- Key areas in Oracle expertise is around HCM OTL (Time & Labor), inclusive of timekeeping, time and labor configuration and functionality, and a big emphasis on fast formulas.
- They want someone with Good communication, self-starter, and good client/business facing experience
- This person will provide functional consulting with a robust understanding of the technical aspects of the Oracle ERP application, and will be responsible for requirements and solution reviews, process workflows, testing, and the management of cutover and change initiatives, specifically within the Oracle HCM modules including HCM Core, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), and Payroll.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP desired, specifically in HCM modules (HCM Core, OTL, Payroll).
- Strong functional knowledge combined with a technical understanding of Oracle ERP HCM module, integrations, and customizations.
- Exceptional organizational skills, diligence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
