Required Qualifications:
Experience:
10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, with advanced expertise across ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM modules.
Extensive background in architecting and designing ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, custom applications, and integrations.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, enforce process governance, and successfully deliver enterprise-level projects.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide within the ServiceNow ecosystem, as well as web technologies including HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, and Bootstrap used in Service Portal development.
Deep knowledge of core ServiceNow modules, including CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, and Incident/Problem/Change Management.
Skilled in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Spokes.
Familiarity with Perl and Python programming in a Linux environment is a plus.
Experience working within Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
