Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Functional Consultant (L2/L3 Support)

Location: Dallas TX 75204 ( Hybrid )

Duration: 12+ months

Detailed JD :

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 10+ years experience in implementing and supporting core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses).

Strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (SaaS).

Technical: Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM; familiarity with SQL, BI Publisher

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Ability to work with both onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

Incident & Problem Management:

  • Handle L2/L3 support tickets, diagnose complex functional/technical issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Triage and prioritize critical issues, escalating to Oracle Support when necessary.
  • Log and manage Oracle SRs, tracking bugs and patches.

Configuration & Maintenance:

  • Assist with ongoing configuration of workflows, business rules, roles, approvals, and security.
  • Support minor changes and regression testing for quarterly updates (PUM/PUPs).
  • Maintain configurations in production/preview environments.

User Support & Training:

  • Answer "how-to" questions, guide users on navigation, and interpret results.
  • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation (FAQs, SOPs, guides).

Business Alignment:

  • Translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Analyze log/trace files to resolve complex problems.
  • Recommend best practices and continuous improvements.
