QA Manager IV

Team Info: Responsible for System integration on complex applications for advertisement eco-system and transformation into SAP/Salesforce and Performance testing

Must have skills:

Looking for atleast 12+ years of total IT 07+ years of QA and leadership

Technical aspect : Any background is fine : API / Any automated tools / Performance tools / selenium / cucumber / postman / JMeter / etc.

Execution excellent part helping design, develop robust strategies, review with stakeholder, user stories, estimate efforts, highlight any gap, reinsure all this req gathered is tested and debug and deployed

Strong communication, communicate roadblocks, documentation, entire SDLC, phase 2 manages

Prioritize the task

Big transformation/Integration project experience

Mentor the engineer and team and provide technical guidance

Process efficiency

Taking lead to solve difficult problems, take necessary steps

Lead various scrum team 2 team atleast

Agile, SAFE Helpful

Nice to Have:

Salesforce OR SAP

Interview Process:

1^st with HM

2^nd round with Panel (3 to 4 member of team)
