Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant with expertise in IFS Applications or IBM Maximo. The consultant will be responsible for leading asset management solution design, implementation, and optimization across operations and maintenance functions.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure EAM solutions (IFS or Maximo) for asset-intensive industries.
- Manage asset lifecycle: planning, procurement, operations, maintenance, and retirement.
- Configure work management, preventive & predictive maintenance, service management.
- Integrate EAM with ERP systems (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).
- Lead workshops with stakeholders, gather requirements, and prepare functional designs.
- Support data migration, reporting, and performance optimization.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in EAM domain with IFS / Maximo.
- Strong knowledge of Asset Lifecycle Management, Maintenance Planning, and Work Orders.
- Experience in implementing Preventive/Predictive Maintenance solutions.
- Good understanding of ERP/EAM integrations.
- Strong client interaction, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
