Title: Communications Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ Months with Potential for extension or temp-to-hire
Key Responsibilities:
Communications Planning & Execution
Draft and manage internal communications (emails, business-critical updates, executive messages)
Plan, prep, and follow up on All Hands meetings and AMAs (Ask me anything)
Support awards and anniversary comms, Q&A, and hosting needs
Strategic Program & Executive Support
Create, edit, and review slides and materials for leadership and business development meetings
Assist with strategic plans, offering rollouts, and cascading communications
Content Management & Editing
Manage and maintain SharePoint as the team's source of truth
Support internal event communications (e.g., CS All Hands, awards)
Edit consultant profiles and both internal and customer-facing copy
Team Planning & Collaboration
Summarize and format team plans for distribution on SharePoint, Slack, and other channels
Support launch activities and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
Certifications: Not required (program/change management is a plus)
Skills: Strong MS Office skills required
Education: Bachelor s degree required
