Job Details

BayNova is seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across multiple client engagements. Familiarity with Appian is a plus, as it supports broader workflow integration efforts. This role requires deep expertise in customer journey design, email automation, data segmentation, and CRM strategy. This role will be worked remotely

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing goals and translate them into technical solutions using SFMC.
  • Develop and manage customer journeys, dynamic content, A/B testing, and personalization strategies.
  • Integrate SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds and other external systems via APIs and connectors.
  • Support data modeling, ETL processes, and data segmentation strategies for effective targeting.
  • Provide consultation on best practices, new features, and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with developers and architects on integration needs with platforms such as Appian (nice to have).
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and optimizing existing marketing automation processes.
  • Maintain platform documentation and provide training/support to stakeholders as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
  • Proficient in AMPscript, SQL for SFMC, and basic HTML/CSS for email development.
  • Experience with marketing automation strategy and customer lifecycle management.
  • Solid understanding of CRM data structures and campaign workflows.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Appian or other low-code workflow automation tools.
  • Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external platforms.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
  • Consulting experience with external clients or agencies.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer
