Provider Contracting Representative

Pay Range: $21 - $21.59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment - Wi-Fi will not suffice.
• Satellite internet is not compatible with the equipment and internet speeds must be at least 10Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.
• Candidates MUST be available/focused consistently during working hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm CST with minimal distractions.
• Computer knowledge should include being able to set up equipment and troubleshoot with IT regarding any issues as they will be responsible for the set up.
• Outbound calling: Recruiting providers to join Client s dental network
• Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest
• Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services
• Process contracts and track contacts within computer systems
  Process required paperwork for providers to join the network

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;Dental Provider Enrolment experience
• Sales Experience is a plus
• Dental Office Experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Ability to focus uninterrupted in a dedicated secure home workspace during scheduled business hours
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Ability to switch projects based on business needs
• Phone Etiquette Inbound/Outbound calls
• Intermediate to Advanced Computer Knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• A dedicated secure home workspace
• Quick learner
• Strong organization, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Work independently, have strong interpersonal skills and be self-motivated
• Strong relationship management skills: ability to foster collaboration, value other perspectives and gain support and buy-in
